Windsor Square HOA is a pleasant, quiet neighborhood which recently has separated from the township and entered into their own Homeowner's Association. The neighborhood features a vast open green space in the middle of the community which holds a playground area and a paved, gazebo area. The existing gazebo is in need of rehab and due to the fact that the location is also the bus stop for the kids in the neighborhood, a rehab is necessary. Windsor Square HOA used some newly acquired funds after separation to remove and remodel a new pavilion area with stone veneer columns and a 16x16' vinyl, open air pavilion. The piers will feature hardscape lights under the caps as well as a light within the ceiling fan of the structure. Following construction of the structure, the landscape will be reworked to include flowering shrubs and some upright evergreens. Benches will be added throughout the area for seating and for the bus stop. Finally, a paved apron will be added between the street and the sidewalk for formalizing the bus stop. Completed construction estimated to be end of the Summer 2018 currently.
