Project Description:

This project, in coordination with Jim Long, from the BCTS, seeked to provide students a place to learn, interact and engage with nature. The opportunity would allow kids to learn about systems and the eco-system through the man-made naturalistic pond environment. A proposed sitting wall along the proposed patio edge would allow or students to engage and relax by the pond whether it be for learning, lunch, etc. This design was completed in early summer of 2018. The pond has since been constructed and the remaining landscaping is in the near scope, pending funding.
