Project Description:

The Fromholzer residence project consisted of a master plan for the backyard and new pool project. The project featured tan colored rock face texture stamped concrete, fiberglass pool, LED lighting system and full landscape with river rock and mulch intermixed. The backyard consisted of finish grading and a featured boulder wall atop the backyard slop, accommodating Arborvitae's to block the new development. The project required an engineered storm water infiltration pit we installed and tied downspouts into. The front of the property carries the project through, incorporating new landscape, continuing the lighting system and PA Fieldstone boulder aesthetic.
