Project Description:
The Shade residence project features a product from Techo Bloc called Blu 60 mm Slate in Champlain grey color. The Blu 45 mm Slate overlay system was used for the porch which is applied in a masonry application and used to face and pave the porch while keeping a consisted material. The walkway consists of tighter curves than the original footprint to be a more direct access for the front door. The landscape was all removed and remediated with new plantings by Horticulturalist Mary Brock and the lighting was installed as previously to remodel the front of this home.
