Project Description:

This project is the first job using my design/build company, RH Design Concepts, LLC and was for a special client close to my family. We designed a multi-level patio under their existing deck to offset the footings heights of the deck. The step up features EP Henry Cast Stone Caps w/ Tru-Scapes 13" Hardscape Lights built in. The patio features EP Henry Chiseled Stone in Sedona and the pre-cast concrete quarry steps mimick the natural stone look. PA Fieldstone boulders of different sizes were used to hold grade as needed and get incorporated into the design for aesthetic. The project also features a retaining wall w/ gravel backfill for a future shed, as well as a full LED Lighting Plan.
